Key Definitions

End Product

The final thing you create using a Flyerwrk asset – for example a poster, album cover, t-shirt, website, social media graphic, etc. (digital or physical).

Licensed Asset

Any product you buy or download from Flyerwrk (mockups, graphics, textures, fonts, etc.) with specific usage rights.

Licensee

The person or business who buys the Licensed Asset and is responsible for choosing the correct license.

1. PERSONAL LICENSE

Best for: personal, non-commercial use only. No money involved.

Can be used for:

  • End products that are NOT for sale.

  • A personal social media account with non-commercial activity (hobby, personal art, etc.).

Cannot be used for:

  • End products for sale (prints, merch, albums, etc.).

  • Business or brand social media accounts.

  • Physical or digital paid advertising.

  • Native apps, web apps, or games.

If there is any promotional or commercial purpose (business, client work, products for sale), you need a Commercial or Extended License instead.

2. COMMERCIAL LICENSE

Best for: freelancers, individual designers, small brands or labels.

The Licensed Asset can be used in up to 5,000 physical or digital End Products for sale.

Can be used for:

  • Up to 5,000 physical or digital End Products.

  • One business social media account owned and managed by the licensee.

  • Unlimited physical advertising for local markets.

  • Digitally paid ads with unlimited impressions.

  • TV and streaming with up to 500,000 lifetime viewers.

Cannot be used for:

  • Native apps, web apps, or games.

Notes:

  • This license is for a single user (one seat).

  • If you expect to exceed 5,000 End Products, need multiple seats, or broader usage, choose the Extended License or ask for a custom license.

3. EXTENDED LICENSE

Best for: larger brands, agencies, big campaigns, and high-volume projects.

The Licensed Asset can be used in up to 250,000 physical or digital End Products for sale.

Can be used for:

  • Up to 250,000 physical or digital End Products.

  • Unlimited business social media accounts owned and managed by the licensee.

  • Unlimited physical advertising (local, national, global).

  • Digitally paid ads with unlimited impressions.

  • Transmission and streaming for unlimited lifetime viewers.

  • A native app, web app, or game with up to 250,000 downloads/sales.

Notes:

  • Ideal for large-scale campaigns, high print runs, bigger e-commerce projects, and logo use (trademark applies to the overall logo, not the Flyerwrk asset itself).

  • If you exceed 250,000 End Products, run a print-on-demand platform, or have a special use case, you’ll need a custom license.

4. PROHIBITED USE (ALL LICENSES)

These rules apply to ALL Flyerwrk items, including freebies and fonts:

You may NOT:

  • Sell or resell the Licensed Asset “as is”.

  • Sell small modifications of the asset on their own (they must be part of a larger, original design).

  • Share, upload, or redistribute the asset in a way that lets others download or extract it (file sharing, “freebie” packs, etc.).

  • Use the asset in harmful, offensive, fraudulent, illegal, harassing, or defamatory content.

  • Claim ownership or authorship of the original Flyerwrk asset.

  • Obtain the asset from unauthorized sources (pirated or non-official download sites).
