The Site is a product catalog/portfolio. No user accounts are provided on the Site.

All Site content (including product previews, text, visuals, and downloadable files) is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or exploit any content except as allowed under the applicable license.

4. Digital products are licensed, not sold

All digital products (e.g., mockups, templates, textures, vectors, fonts, actions, brushes, tools) are provided under a license. Your rights and restrictions are defined by the license shown at purchase and/or included with the download.

You agree that you will not:

• redistribute, share, sublicense, or resell the source files

• make the files available in any public or private download library

• remove copyright/licensing information, if present

• claim ownership of the product files themselves

5. Purchases and checkout providers

5.1 Lemon Squeezy checkout

If you purchase through the integrated checkout, the transaction is processed by Lemon Squeezy acting as Merchant of Record. They handle payment processing, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks under their terms.

5.2 Alternative purchase links

Some products include alternative purchase buttons linking to third-party marketplaces (e.g., Creative Market or YouWorkForThem). If you buy there, your transaction and access are governed by that marketplace’s terms and policies.

6. Pricing, taxes, and invoices

Prices may change at any time. The price shown at checkout (or on the marketplace) applies to your order. Where Lemon Squeezy is Merchant of Record, they manage applicable digital sales tax/VAT collection and related compliance as part of checkout.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally (download link/customer portal/marketplace download). You are responsible for:

• having compatible software and hardware

• downloading and storing your files

• keeping download links and files secure

8. Refunds

Refund handling depends on where you purchased:

• Lemon Squeezy purchases: refunds (if any) are processed via Lemon Squeezy under their buyer terms and checkout rules.

• Creative Market purchases: Creative Market applies its refund window/policy and discretion.

• YouWorkForThem purchases: their policy generally treats digital downloads as final once downloaded, with limited exceptions (for example, defective items within their stated timeframe).

9. EU/EEA/UK consumer withdrawal (digital content)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK, distance purchases generally include a 14-day withdrawal right, with exceptions that can apply to digital content once delivery/performance begins with your express consent and acknowledgment.
The applicable checkout provider/marketplace may request these confirmations during purchase.

10. Acceptable use

You must not:

• violate laws or third-party rights

• attempt to break, probe, or disrupt the Site or downloads

• scrape the Site at scale or misuse content

• distribute product files or derivatives as competing products, packs, or “freebies”

11. Custom work and collaborations

If I agree to custom mockups, collaborations, or special licensing, the scope, price, timeline, and deliverables must be confirmed in writing (email is sufficient). Anything not explicitly included is out of scope.

12. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Compatibility can vary by software versions, plugins, system settings, and workflow.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

14. Changes

I may update the Site, products, and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence may still apply.
