Refund policy

This website is a product catalog/portfolio. All purchases are digital downloads and are completed via Lemon Squeezy checkout or external marketplaces (Creative Market / YouWorkForThem). Refund rules depend on where you bought.

1) General rule for digital downloads

Because digital files can’t be “returned,” refunds are generally not available once a product has been downloaded or accessed, except in limited cases described below. This approach is standard for digital goods.

2) If you purchased via Lemon Squeezy

Refund decisions are handled through Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record) and are reviewed case-by-case.

  • Lemon Squeezy may refuse refunds in cases of fraud or refund abuse, and they can issue refunds within certain windows to prevent chargebacks.

  • To request help, email hello@flyerwrk.com with your order email + order ID and a brief explanation.

3) If you purchased via Creative Market

Creative Market applies its own policy. In general, digital purchases are only refundable in specific situations and within their stated window.
Please request refunds through Creative Market support.

4) If you purchased via YouWorkForThem

YouWorkForThem’s policy generally treats downloads as final once downloaded, with limited exceptions (for example, proven defective items within their timeframe).
Please request refunds through YouWorkForThem support.

5) When a refund may be considered

Refunds (or a replacement/update) may be considered when:

  • the file is proven defective (corrupted, incomplete, or consistently not working as described)

  • the purchase is a duplicate order

  • there is a billing error (charged twice)

In many cases, the fastest fix is a replacement file or troubleshooting instead of a refund.

6) What is not refundable

Refunds are typically not granted for:

  • change of mind / “not what I expected”

  • lack of Photoshop skills or missing required software

  • compatibility issues caused by unsupported versions, plugins, third-party apps, or user workflow

  • purchases made on a marketplace where the marketplace declines the request

7) Chargebacks

If you have an issue, contact me first at hello@flyerwrk.com. Chargebacks can restrict access and trigger fraud review by the payment platform.
